This Privacy Policy explains how PromptFusion ("the App", "we", "our", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. We built PromptFusion to be simple and privacy-respecting — we do not require account creation, and we do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
PromptFusion does not require you to sign up or log in. We do not collect, store, or process:
- Your name, email address, or phone number
- Photos, images, or files stored on your device
- Precise location data
- Contacts or messages
2. Clipboard Access
When you tap a prompt to use it with ChatGPT or Gemini, the App copies that prompt's text to your device's clipboard so you can paste it into the corresponding AI app. This happens locally on your device only — the App does not read, store, or transmit any other clipboard content, and clipboard data is never sent to us or any third party.
3. Remote Configuration Data
The App uses Google Firebase Remote Config to fetch app configuration such as prompt templates and feature settings. This connection may involve your device's IP address and general technical information (such as app version and device type) being communicated to Google's servers, solely to deliver the correct configuration. This is standard behavior for the Firebase SDK and is not used to identify you personally.
4. Advertising
PromptFusion may display ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and usage data to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings at any time.

When you choose to open a prompt in ChatGPT or Gemini, you are redirected to those respective applications, which are operated by OpenAI and Google. Any data handling within those apps is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one:

Since we do not collect personal data, there is minimal risk associated with data storage on our end. Any technical data exchanged with Firebase or AdMob is transmitted securely and is managed under Google's own security practices.
7. Children's Privacy
PromptFusion is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
